Class Descriptions

All of our yoga classes are based on the Spry Mind+Body blueprint, which was developed to cultivate physical and mental strength, flexibility and balance.

The Chair Class
This class is perfect if you have trouble getting up and down from the floor and still want to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

The Chair + Mat Class
We start this class sitting in a chair, and progress to a series of standing poses. Half way through we get down on the floor and finish the class with a series of seated and reclining postures. You only have to get up and down once!

The Mat Class
The mat class begins seated on the floor and progresses through a series of seated then standing yoga postures before coming back to the mat to close the practice.

Spry Power - New!
This class will introduce a modified version of sun salutations and invite you to move with your breath in a gentle flow. We will get up and down more from the mat than we do in our other Spry classes, increasing mobility, while building strength and stamina.

Meditation
Learn to quiet your mind and find equanimity. This class includes meditation, pranayama (breath work), and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
